September is Mes de la Patria  (“Month of the Country”) and the Municipalidad de Carrillo is promoting recycling at the COMUREC (Women’s Recycling Committee) Recycling Center in Filadelfia de Carrillo, Guanacaste. We have received word from Lic. Henry Abarca, Manager of the Department of Environmental Management at the Municipalidad, as follows:

“As part of the celebrations of the “Month of the Country”, on Thursday and Friday September 5th and 6th, we will be running an environmental recycling campaign.

As in previous years, we will be receiving and gathering recyclable materials at our downtown recycling center in Filadelfia such as paper, newspaper, cardboard, aluminum, plastic, glass, as well as technological waste such as scanners, keyboards, monitors, CPUs, printers, toner, ink cartridges etc.

In this Month of the Country, make an effort to keep our country cleaner and greener.”

Septiembre es el Mes de la Patria y la Municipalidad de Carrillo está promoviendo el reciclaje en el COMUREC (Comité de Mujeres Reciclando) Centro de Reciclajes en Filadelfia de Carrillo, Guanacaste. Hemos recibido noticias de Lic. Henry Abarca, Gestor del Departamento de Gestión Ambiental en la Municipalidad, como sigue:

‘Como parte de las celebraciones del Mes de la Patria, este jueves 05 y viernes 06 de Septiembre estaremos en la campaña de reciclaje AMBIENTADOS.

Como en otras ediciones estaremos en el centro de acopio de Filadelfia recibiendo materiales reciclables como papel, periódico, carton, aluminio, plásticos, vidrio, asi como desechos tecnológicos como scanner, teclados, monitores, CPU, impresoras, toner, cartuchos de tinta entre otros.

En este Mes de la Patria hagamos un esfuerzo por mantener a nuestro país mas limpio y mas verde.’
